School is Cool, But not in August!

I drove by a bank sign today that changed from 97 degrees to 98 in the little time that I was sitting at a nearby light. I can't help but think of how much money the schools spend just to cool their buildings - all this on top of the higher fuel prices to get the students there in the first place. Some area schools that have already started back are having to keep kids inside during recess because of the heat. The only way I can imagine surviving the heat is soaking in the nearest body of water.
