This Floating Cabin is in need of being reconstructed. Reconstruction is permitted
through TVA with Approval, subject to TVA Guidelines and Regulations.

Permit can be modified with TVA Approval to increase Enclosed Space on Monolithic Frame to over 550sqft
with reduction of Attached Dock(s) to a total of 400sqft & applicable modification fee paid to TVA.

Combination Program can be utilized with TVA Approval if Buyer Possesses
Additional Registered/Permitted Footprint & applicable fee paid to TVA.
