Inexpensive - You can usually get more boat for your buck when you go this route

Lots of Bedrooms - Most rentals are fit for vacationing, with a big family or group in mind. If you have a big group, this may be idea.

Heavily Maintained - While it is common for a rental boat to have high engine or generator hours, most Marinas/Rental Companies do not mess around when it comes to maintenance and some will service the engine/generator after every rental, others have some kind of schedule that they follow closely. After all if the engine/generator is not performing the way it should they are not able to rent it.

CONS

No Master - Usually there is no master bedroom, however this Lakeview is equipped with a Master Bedrom.

High Hours - Typically a rental is going to have high engine and generator hours, however high hours are sometimes better than no hours.

Plain Jane - Typically a rental boat is going to be very plain with little extra decor or personality; however with the money you save going this route it can be easy to find some room in the budget to dress the boat up and make it yours.

Lots of Bedrooms - If you don't have a big crowd or family you may not have a need for all of the extra bedrooms.
